Hi,
I have a wifi network at home with a couple of laptops. I am running a Tapestry webapp on my machine. I can access this webapp from the other laptop if I use the IP address of my machine (I mean enter something like : http://192.168.1.53:8080/webapp/index.html). Now, I also want to access the same webapp through my iPodTouch which is also in this wifi network. However, when I try to do so in Safari on iPodTouch, it fails. Could someone point out what's the problem here ?

Thanks,
Abhinav

Is this even an active forum ? People, if anyone's looking, can you respond, any links or resources that could help ? – abhinav Jun 6 at 8:30

Does the local web server at your home have any kind of logging that gives any clues? It looks like a network problem of some sort, but it's a bit hard to diagnose. Does the touch do well when accessing other web sites through your network?

What browsers have you tried the app through? Does the webapp detect browser and behave differently based on browser?
